There is now an app to read Chinese characters aloud in Hakka and Waitou dialect. You can paste the Chinese characters (for example your name, a sentence or a short poem in the the slot (No longer than 20 characters, otherwise it take more than a minute)) and let it read. You can also choose between a man or a woman's voice. For the time being, it only processes Traditional Chinese characters.
